About MONA
MONA is a fast-growing social impact startup dedicated to sustainability and ESG innovation. Our platform connects businesses with surplus products to individuals and communities in need, creating a positive environmental and social impact. We aim to position MONA as the leading ESG influencer in Korea, and we’re looking for a creative, motivated marketer and content creator with a passion for sustainability to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging English content (videos, photos, graphics) that highlights MONA’s mission and impact.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote MONA’s mission of sustainability and social impact across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that align with MONA’s mission, partnerships, and branding goals.
• Capture live content at MONA events, volunteer programs, and campaigns (some evening or weekend work may be required).
• Engage with online communities to grow MONA’s audience and establish thought leadership in the ESG and sustainability space.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

• Energetic, active, and takes initiative in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for sustainability, circular economy, and social impact.
• Strong content creation skills, including photo/video editing and social media management.
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software is a plus.

Pay: To be discussed
Hours: Up to 14 hours per week
Visa: Must have valid working visa in Korea (minimum 6 months). Visa sponsorship isn't available. 
Location: Pangyo (30 minutes from Gangnam)
