About MONA:

MONA is a fast-growing social impact startup dedicated to sustainability and ESG innovation. Our platform connects businesses with surplus products to individuals and communities in need, creating a positive environmental and social impact. We aim to position MONA as the leading ESG influencer in Korea, and we’re looking for a creative, motivated marketer and content creator with a passion for sustainability to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote MONA’s mission of sustainability and social impact across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create and manage high-quality English contents, including graphics, videos, and social media stories, using tools like Photoshop/Canva and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).

• Stay updated on sustainability, ESG, and social impact trends to craft engaging and relevant content.

• Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that align with MONA’s mission, partnerships, and branding goals.

• Attend MONA events, volunteer programs, or campaigns to capture video and photo content (some evening or weekend work may be required).

• Engage with online communities to build MONA’s audience and establish thought leadership in the ESG and sustainability space.

• Track performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and content strategies.

• Support marketing efforts by developing content that aligns with MONA’s overall strategy.

• Assist with planning and executing campaigns to promote MONA’s mission.

Qualifications:

• Korean nationals or F-visa holders (You must have an F-visa ready. Visa sponsorship isn’t available)

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) to create contents for global and local audiences. Korean is a plus

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop (or similar tools) and at least one video editing software.

• Strong understanding of social media trends.

• Passion for sustainability, ESG, and social impact.

• Self-motivated, creative, and eager to work in a dynamic startup environment.
