MONA connects businesses with organizations and communities that can put surplus food and products to good use. We make redistribution part of everyday operations, creating value for people and the planet.
Our Story
MONA is a Seoul-based resource redistribution platform built on a simple belief: useful food and products should reach the people who need them.
We began as an online community for sharing unused items. It revealed a gap: useful resources were available, but there were too few ways to get them to the people and organizations that needed them.
MONA grew to bridge that gap for businesses. Today, we work with hotels, brands, publishers and recipient organizations to turn surplus into a resource for communities.

Meet our Founder
Quinn Phan
ESG and climate tech leader who cares deeply about turning sustainability into something real and community-driven.
Before MONA, she ran a vegan restaurant in Seoul. That experience opened her eyes to how hard it is for small businesses to deal with waste, rising costs, and the pressure to stay sustainable.
Since founding MONA, Quinn has built more than 50 corporate partnerships and launched pilot projects across six industries, helping businesses put surplus resources to use through data-informed redistribution.
Named a Seoul Honorary Citizen (2024) for her contributions to sustainability and civic impact, and selected as one of TESCO & Women of the Future’s 50 Global Female Trailblazers in ESG, representing South Korea for advancing decarbonization and circular economy solutions across Asia.
