Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using the website operated by MONA Co., Ltd. (“MONA”) at monaofficial.co (the “Website”), and the rights and obligations of MONA and its users.

These terms are a translation of the Korean version. If the two differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. These terms apply to browsing the Website and using its inquiry and application forms.
2. Use of the MONA platform (platform.monaofficial.co) is governed by the separate platform terms.
3. Where MONA and a user have a separate agreement (a quote, partnership contract, education program agreement, etc.), that agreement prevails.

1. MONA posts these terms on the Website.
2. MONA may change these terms within the limits of applicable law, and announces the changes and their effective date on the Website at least 7 days in advance.
3. Changed terms apply to everyone using the Website from the effective date.

1. Through the Website's forms, users can request a free assessment or consultation, apply to receive items, and ask about ESG education or volunteering.
2. Users must enter accurate information and must not use someone else's details.
3. Sending an inquiry or application does not by itself create a service contract. The scope and fees of any service are agreed through MONA's review and a separate quote or contract.
4. Applications to receive items are processed after MONA checks the organization's details. Applying does not guarantee that items will be provided.

1. Rights in the Website's text, photos, videos, logos and design belong to MONA or their rightful owners.
2. Names and logos of partners and supporting organizations shown on the Website belong to their respective owners.
3. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use Website content without MONA's prior consent, except for quotation with attribution and news reporting as permitted by law.

Users must not:

1. submit inquiries or applications with false or someone else's information;
2. submit forms in bulk by automated means or otherwise disrupt the Website;
3. scrape or use Website content without permission;
4. damage the reputation or infringe the rights of MONA or third parties; or
5. otherwise act against applicable law.

1. Service and pricing information on the Website is general; actual terms are set by quote or contract.
2. Impact figures such as value donated, CO₂ reduced and people reached are calculated with MONA's internal methodology, explained on the Methodology page, and may change as new data comes in.
3. MONA aims to keep the information accurate and corrects errors promptly once found.

The Website links to other sites, such as press articles and partners. MONA is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

1. MONA may suspend the Website temporarily or change its content for maintenance, faults, natural disasters or similar reasons.
2. MONA is not liable for damage arising from the use of information provided free of charge on the Website, except for damage caused by MONA's intent or gross negligence.

MONA handles personal information received through the Website's forms in line with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Disputes about the use of the Website are subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

These terms are written in Korean. If the English version differs, the Korean version prevails.

These terms take effect on 1 November 2026.
