Who pays for the service?

The donating business.

Will I receive a donation receipt?

Yes. With free sharing, the organization can attach a 기부금영수증 in the chat when it is able to issue one. With MONA Premium, MONA takes care of the receipt and the paperwork.

What can I donate?

Unexpired products: surplus food, packaged goods, books and other usable inventory. If you are not sure, ask us.

Where do you operate?

Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. Contact us for other regions.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Of course. If a listing is over 50 units or 50 kg, or gets no requests within 7 days, you can switch it to MONA Premium.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Free sharing and one time matching have no commitment. Ongoing partnerships run on monthly contracts.
